💢JOB DESCRIPTION

Update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. Responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.

💢SALARY

2 pesos per valid rows
200-500 pesos possible income per task
1 task per week for the observation of clients
After 6 months, you will have daily task and increase task rate
250 pesos minimum pay out

💢 REQUIREMENTS

Must be a legitimate Filipino Citizen with good moral character and is currently residing in the Philippines
No age limit, any age will do as long as you have basic knowledge in MS Excel and internet
Accessibility on internet at home is an advantage, but you can also use mobile data
Must have a laptop/personal computer, you can also use mobile phone with installed MS Excel app or WPS
Must be residing on a place where money transfers are available for payout/salary (Palawan Express or Gcash)
A resume and an active email
A lifetime membership fee of 400 pesos

The company uses the membership fee of each member to support the goals of the company which is to gather more clients in order to introduce more job opportunities for each member. It will be also an assurance of the company that the 400 pesos membership they paid for are used to maintain a systematic workflow. As long the members will do their responsibilities as an excel data encoder, provides the accurate data needed by clients and has good moral values, the company acknowledges each effort by providing bonuses.

The 400 pesos fee is a lifetime membership fee .

After validation of your registration fee, it will only take 36 to 48 hours for our I.T. Team to prepare your working list of Task Item/s you will be working with.

TAKE NOTE : You are not required to settle the registration fee if you are not qualified to work as an Excel Data Encoder.

EDE COMPANY POLICIES

All new members or members who have been working for EDE in less than a month however, did not earn anything at all from the system are allowed for an option to refund their Membership Fee in full, but they will no longer be allowed to join again including other projects of the company that may be launched from time to time. (Refund of membership also depends on the approval of the CEO)
Members who have been exhibiting unethical performance are automatically TERMINATED and is no longer allowed to work as an encoder in the company.
Members must strictly comply, perform well in its tasks and give an accurate and complete data that is necessary to the needs of the client.

After paying you will receive an email stated VALIDATION ON PROCESS, after a while you will receive another email stating that you have been registered in the database system

💢WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN EXCEL DATA ENCODER?

If you are a new member, your 1st task will be sent in your email. In your 2nd week you will be given a link in your email to join in your certain FB group/team whether Team Eagle, Tiger and Wolf. Task will be posted in your FB group/Team and download the spreadsheet provided, that will be your task. Always check your FB group/team for updates of your task and additional task. Task is sent every MONDAY around 10pm
SAMPLE OF TASK

-You will be given a task, like List of Manpower Agencies within your city. You will search the list of it as well as their description, address, contact number and website. Then you can copy and paste it on Excel

-In the description, mostly you can see it on ABOUT US of their website, services offered, or you can input your own words as long as it is related on your task.

-In column category you'll just copy/fill the 1st row/given sample row then apply it until the end of your rows.

- In the website, you can cop by the link of its official business page or from other sites that provides the details of the particular establishment or company. TAKE NOTE: FB page/link is not allowed.

- If there are companies that have different branches within a particular place, you may include those branches but is only limited to 3 branches per company. The description and website could be the same, but different address and contact number.

-If the task provided has an instruction that it should only be WITHIN THE CITY, you provide data that can be found within your city only. If it stated NEARBY CITY, you extend your research up to 50km from the vicinity or the city. But if the instruction is in a certain place like MANILA CITY, you will provide data only in Manila City.

-Task submission is every SATURDAY of the week until 6:00 a.m . All tasks submitted are checked for validation by an evaluator every SUNDAY to MONDAY 12 AM to 8 PM. The company updates the excel data encoders regarding the amount of money they received in doing the task through e-mails.

💢HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PAYOUT/SALARY?

Request for payout or salary is every Sunday to Monday and it should reached at least 250 pesos . For those members who earned less than 250 pesos, they may include their balance in the next cut-off. All income reports specifically the releasing dates are being sent to your e-mail before payday. You may follow the format for payout request:
